Main Tasks of the Service:

• Developing reference-bibliographic tools (catalogs, databases) and a collection of bibliographic publications;
• Maintaining electronic databases for local history and regulatory legal documents;
• Providing users with legal information using systems like "Lex.uz" and "Norma";
• Compiling bibliographic indexes, guidelines, and calendars of significant dates;
• Preparing bibliographic reviews and references regarding local history and prominent personalities;
• Meeting the bibliographic information needs of individual users and research groups efficiently;
• Organizing "Information Days" and "Specialist Days" to promote new literature;
• Conducting seminars on bibliography and improving users' information literacy skills.
